Matt Wolstenholme – Personal Trainer 

Matt is the most enthusiastic and motivational personal trainer I have ever trained with, and the only trainer EVER who has managed to get me up at the crack of dawn to run up hills and do circuits – but the sessions are so fun and varied that I never begrudge the lost sleep. He is so encouraging and supportive of his client’s crazy goals, so check out his website if you want a personal trainer who works as hard as you do to get you in shape.

Good Vibes Fitness 

My favourite yoga venue, a gorgeous heated studio in Covent Garden, with monthly Yoga For Runner’s classes. Even if I turn up with a scowl, I leave with a smile – and looser hamstrings!
